  1. Should I do a CIP even if I am not in trouble with my PBMAS rank?

  2. Yes! Do a CIP!!! If you aren't in trouble with the Texas PBMAS now, this will keep you on the right track.

  3. We had a small committee to review our state testing data and drill down to the area of greatest need. We developed a CIP for just that specific area. It is really helping to keep us focused on improvement.

  4. I am doing okay for now on the PBMAS but I have some areas I think should have a CIP. I'm not sure where to begin. Any suggestions.

  5. Have you checked how you are doing on the SPP and how close your PBMAS scores are to the cut points...do this and then decide on next steps.
